OPENING IN BERNRIED
At 11 sharp the 43rd BERNRIEDER KUNSTAUSSTELLUNG in Bernried (about 50 km south of Munich) was opened and I am very happy to take part as a guest artist this year.
Today this peaceful and picturesque little Bavarian village turned into a busy hotspot. It was a perfect opening weather – not too cold, not too warm and with a fabulous panoramic view over the lake and at the Alps. Lots of nice and interested guests and a sparkling atmosphere made this day a big success!
For the next two weeks about 40 artists are showing their paintings, sculptures, installations and light art on different places in Bernried. The exhibition, organized by Ingrid Klemm-Beyer, Christine Philipp and Julia Compagnon, goes until August 15.
You will find my DREAM TREEs in the historical SOMMERKELLER (a former beer cellar with a very cool ambience) in the middle of the village. Except for today´s inspiring event, I will be present on August 4 from 10:00 to 16:00.
Don´t miss out on it!
